Pupin Initiative Senior Advisor Kaush Arha took part in Beltalks, organized by GLOBSEC, as a speaker on the panel “A New Bargain for Europe: Integration Without Full Membership.”
The panel explored the future of European integration, opportunities for deeper cooperation among European countries, and new models of engagement that can contribute to a more stable and strategically connected Europe.
