Pupin Initiative with Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kasanof
Pupin Initiative met Deputy Assistant Secretary Sasha Kasanof to discuss strengthening Serbia-US ties and advancing the Strategic Dialogue proposal.

Representatives of Pupin Initiative had a cordial and open conversation with Sasha Kasanof, the new Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Western Balkans. They discussed the topics most relevant for Serbian-American relations, including further strengthening of the relationship between Serbia and the U.S.
Mr. Kasanof emphasized the positive role the Pupin Initiative plays in reinforcing relations and improving the understanding of Serbia’s perspective in Washington, as well as the U.S. position in the Western Balkans.
Pupin Initiative's most important issue at this moment is the opening of a Strategic Dialogue between Serbia and the U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary Kasanof was presented the proposal that the Pupin Initiative has been working on over the past few months. It is expected that Serbia and the U.S. will soon open new chapters in their relationship.
