Serge Todorovich joins Pupin Initative as Senior Advisor

We are pleased to announce that Serge Todorovich has joined as Senior Advisor.

Serge Todorovich is a Partner in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings LLP, a premier global law firm advising the world’s leading investment banks, asset managers, and corporations. With nearly two decades of experience as senior in-house counsel, Serge advises private investment fund sponsors and investors on fund formation and operations, compliance and regulatory matters, and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on credit and hedge fund platforms.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Serge served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Shenkman Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment adviser and leader in traditional and alternative credit strategies. His previous in-house roles include Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs and Associate General Counsel at Eton Park Capital Management.

Serge has been an active contributor to industry associations and working groups focused on investment management, credit investing, derivatives, and financial regulation. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
