Anja Guzina

Anja Guzina is a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, majoring in Computing and Control Engineering. Her academic focus includes software engineering, data analytics, and intelligent systems, with a particular interest in applying technology to real-world challenges in energy and telecommunications.

Throughout her studies, Anja has worked on several practical software development projects, primarily using .NET and C#. In addition to her academic work, she has gained initial experience in the industry through internships, where she had the opportunity to collaborate in professional teams, contribute to real-world projects, and better understand business processes and applied engineering practices. These experiences strengthened her problem-solving skills and confirmed her interest in working on complex technological systems.

Fluent in English and German, Anja values international cooperation and interdisciplinary dialogue. In her free time, she follows global political and economic trends, with a particular interest in geopolitics and international relations. She applied to the Pupin Initiative's Fellowship program because she believes that young professionals in technology can contribute to strengthening Serbian–American relations through innovation, knowledge exchange, and long-term strategic cooperation.
