Isidora Gatarić

Isidora Gatarić is an AI Product Owner focused on turning artificial intelligence into practical, business-driven solutions. With nearly a decade of experience in data analytics and data leadership, she bridges AI, strategy, and technology. She has led cross-functional analytics and engineering teams in designing cloud-based data platforms and AI-driven products across the telecom, e-commerce, automotive, and real estate industries — transforming complex data ecosystems into high-performance, value-generating solutions built on modern data architectures. Isidora holds two MSc degrees and is currently completing her PhD at the University of Novi Sad, where her research focuses on the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in personality assessment. Her academic work bridges artificial intelligence and human behavior, positioning her at the intersection of technology and psychology. Throughout her career, she has received multiple prestigious scholarships and awards, including the “30 Under 30” distinction and the Extraordinary Award for Scientific and Professional Work. As the founder of the Association of Women in Data Science (AWDS) she actively contributes to expanding access to AI education and empowering the next generation of data leaders.
