Olga Isailović

Olga Isailović grew up in the United States, speaking Serbian with her family, who moved to America in 2000. Throughout her childhood, she was always deeply interested in the literature and art of her country of origin, as well as the shared experiences of the Serbian diaspora.
She is currently studying Romance Languages and Technology at Bowdoin College in Maine. In her free time, she writes articles about life in the diaspora under the pen name Goli Sailov. Recently, she began teaching English through the company Upassable, helping other Serbians master the language and pass exams required for employment.
Olga is also passionate about fashion design and can often be found reading various culture and lifestyle magazines from around the world. Her greatest aspiration is to showcase the beauty and values of Serbia—its cuisine, its spirit, and its unique perspective—to the rest of the world.
