2026

Vuk Cvetković is a second-year student at the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade. Throughout his education, he has been a prominent figure in the debating community, previously serving as the president of the Debate Club at the First Belgrade Gymnasium and currently leading the Debate Club at the Faculty of Political Science.

As a member of the Serbian national debate team, Vuk represented his country at the World Schools Debating Championship and reached the finals of the European Schools Debating Championship. Beyond his academic and competitive achievements, he has been deeply involved in youth activism. He was a key member of the informal student group “I mi se pitamo” (Our Voices Matter), where he led multiple rallies, coordinated a petition signed by 27,000 students, and organized a successful “Get Out The Vote” campaign specifically targeting first-time voters.

Vuk has used his platform to advocate for student rights and civic engagement, appearing as a guest on Nova S television’s morning program and Insajder TV’s “Marker,” as well as contributing articles to various Serbian magazines. In 2025, his translation of the globally distributed book, The Stoicism Workbook by Scott Waltman and Kasey Pierce, was published by the Belgrade-based publishing house Areté.
